good solid run, trip peaks then up seacliff, through tgs, and back via the green path and mary barret glade. Felt pretty good, and kept a good pace.

circuit training at finns with him and some other pro sailor. was pretty hard work. 6 x 6 exercises, 3 times doing 30 sec on 30 off, then 2 with 40 on, 20 off and last was 50 sec on 10 off. Arms started to lock up on the last few arm exercises and I felt like throwing up afterwards. Definately good exercise though, will try get along to a few more of these little sessions.

afternoon ride on the xc bike. pretty cruisyish pace. just up around the green route to hauraki, down to taka beach, seacliff ect, then bumped into Finn who was keen for a ride, so from his we did a couple of laps of north head and 3 laps of mt vic, then around the naval sports fields, we went quite quick up the hills but the rest was pretty casual. felt good.

Waitaks run with Raeana, we were out there for 2 1/2 hours but i'll say i was probably not running/waiting/admiring the view for 20 mins of that. Went a pretty cruisy pace most of the time, but went fast on the odd track. Went from the cascades carpark, up anderson track, ralway, dam, then cascades track, lower kauri, long rd track, and whititiri. Did a bit of doubling back on a couple of tracks so ended up doing a bit more than this. Lower Kauri track was awesome fun, was really muddy and rough, but just tried to attack it. Legs still felt pretty good at the end so that was good. Nice morning

good afternoon run apart from the heavy rain half the time, trip peaks in reverse, then bayswater fields and mary barret glade. felt alright, still a bit of a twinge in the left hammy though, but not bad.

last min decision to go for a run, so quite late. just down to the naval sports fields, 3 laps round there with exercises in between, then back up calliope and vic. Pushed reasonably hard round sports fields
