left it quite late but eventually got out of the house for a run. felt pretty good for first 45, then a bit av. hills, then coastal up to tgs, over to bayswater fields, mary barret glade, tip, home.

standardish run. Felt really good for the first 21 mins to north head, might of been my fastest split to there actually, then felt a bit av after that so just cruised the rest.

didn't feel like running so made a rather late decision to go for a ride on the charge. Thought i might be a bit rusty, as haven't ridden it in ages, but actually felt really comfy and fast. Most fun ride i've had in ages, makes me want to do some dh races over summer.

longish run this morning. up the green route, round pupuke, to milford beach, around the coast to taka, along the beach, seacliff, back through to the tip and home. The strong wind slowed me down a bit in places, and I kind of ran out of energy after an hour or so, but up in till then I felt good and still went an ok pace at the end.

stationary bike at home. Couldn't muster the enthusiasm for a run, so just did this instead. A few standing efforts and sprints of 1 mins and 30 secs, then some one legged peddaling, and a cool down. felt all good

very good session back at the gym. pushed a bit harder than i usually do
