(sick) shoes: x talon 212

had a bit of a cold so probs wasn't running the fastest. crappy route to 1, then was sweet for a while until I started making lots of little mistakes from 10 onwards. biggest time loss was in the crappy felled area at the very end, was pretty stupid, as the map was missing half the detail from in there. so yeah alot of mistakes, can see how I could do a 61, but anything else would probably be speed

big game of touch, 8 a side, and almost full test match length. was very intense and a awesome fun game, and we won

Strength and conditioning 20:00 [3]

naval circuit, 5 exercises, 3 sets. Was quite nice down there in the sun, and felt really good. then did 5 mins core stuff when home from ride

Biking 44:00 [3]

ride on the road bike!, down to the naval sports fields for the circuits, bit of riding inbetween exercises. then after circuits mt vic, north head, waterfront, and back round the naval sports fields. I have to say I did quite enjoy the speed of the road bike.

very nice run this evening, trip peaks, around north head, coastal, mary barret glade, tip and home. Felt really good, and went pretty fast. tip top run

longish ride on the xc bike, on the road mostly cause I didn't really fancy getting muddy. up the green route behind taka, milford then up beech road all the way out to the end of long bay, then back the same way, but straight down lake rd at the end. Felt really good, and still had some power in the legs towards the end.
