auckland relays out at hobsonville. went alright just got pretty tired at the end and lost concentration. Bit of time wasted going to 6 as the line went right through 9, so that was a little confusing. started slowing down quite a bit after the spectator. wasted some time going round a big chunk of gorse on 22, stugglled alot to keep any sort of pace through the long grass after this, slight time waste and correction needed on 27, then bad route into 29 as well. So a few small mistakes but two of them were kind of due to the map. Physically I was definately pretty slow towards the end, but quite happy with my pace for the first half.

trip peaks, went pretty hard for the first 20 mins, then walked for 20 mins or so along the beach to avoid throwing up my dinner (not suprising as I had a huge dinner and went for the run straight afterwards) then ran for the last 10 mins or so. good to get some fresh air and away from study/craming/exams for a little while. legs felt very good, nice and springy

ride on the xc bike, green route, couple of laps of north head and mt vic, then round the naval sports fields. felt pretty good all round. need to find some time after exams to ramp up the distances a bit before the huka

usual devo loop, with a bit of extra stuff on the hills and ,mary barret glade. felt a little sluggish for some of it and my calfs were a little tired.

pretty standard devo loop on the charge. been a while since i've done any sort of skills based riding, but had a fun time. Thought I would be a little rusty but generally I felt pretty fast, and had a few moments of pure brilliance on a couple of turns, probs some of my finest riding. good fun.
