bit of a late run, but still enough light, pretty standard loop. legs felt pretty good, as did my pace, in saying that though I always fell way faster at night

Note

first day of work today, legs are sore as from standing up all day, so not really in the mood for any training, but will make sure I still train most days, mainly in the evening. also a bit of a commute each day, 3.5-4km each way

was up in the bays to get my wof ( which I failed :( ), so figured i would do a coastal run, tide was too high from long bay, so started at browns bay and went to castor bay and back, had to go on the cliff track round one bit. Felt alright, better once I got into it.

Running 40:00 [3]
shoes: Addidas Response trail 18

little evening run, up through the streets to tgs, down to the beach then round the coast to church street, round the side of mt vic and home. went quite quick for the first few k, then calfs got quite tight so I had to stop and stretch a couple of times, and kind of just cruised the remainder.
