15 min warm up then 30 min class. was a bit short but pretty good, will probs to more of these after work as its quite easy to just pop into the gym afterwards, as when i usually get home i'm all out of motivation

after spin, did 18 mins of circuits then some foam roller and stretching, felt really good and pushed pretty hard on the circuits
