shoes: x talon 212

loooong run this morning with tom, gene, james and jourdan. did the 33km coastal challenge course. was quite good fun, and a nice variety of rock hopping, water and faster sections. Was really good to run with those guys as they kept my pace up towards the end. felt alright for most of it just faded over the last few ks. took a few little falls as well. The 22km from long bay should feel pretty easy after todays effort, so looking forward to that

summer series at carrington. did course 2 cause of my cold. all went pretty well apart from a shocking route choice on the long leg, probs lost over a min there. felt suprisingly good physically, despite having a cold.
