early morning trip peaks run. felt alright but didn't push too hard, tryed to focus on my form a bit.

nice evening run, naval sports fields, for intervals, waterfront, coastal to nazza, back round the tip, was running pretty good, calfs were a little tight though

doing laps of the ngataringa feild. 1.40 on, 1.20 off, times 5, felt pretty fast and good, much prefer these to the 1k intervals hahah

bit of core then some running specific exercises off the internet which seemed pretty legit, then a bit of stretching to finish. rowdy saturday night...

circuits in my backyard thismorning, 4 sets of 10 different exercises. felt ok

cycling to orienteering on the road bike, quite a nice little ride along the waterfront, then got a bit lost finding the road into churchill park

summer series at churchill park. running ok but pretty cautious over all the rough ground, ran right past a couple of controls. stomach felt pretty average after two thirds of the course so just did the last part really slowly

bit of a waitaks run, with a couple of friends, went a pretty casual pace for the most part, with a little bit of waiting, but the heart rate got up on a couple of the hills. did a loop around the pararaha valley, then down to the sea, before coming back up the stream.

going up the pararaha stream. was awesome fun, we pretty much fully stuck to the stream, so a bit of swimming and rock climbing along the way and a sick little cliff jump. good day!
