nice little run after work, down calliope a bit, the trip peaks fininshing with a nice swim at cheltenham. started off a bit slow, but after 10 mins was going pretty quick and felt really good.

run after work round devo. started off at a pretty cruisy pace and picked it up a bit after 10 min. put in a few surges later on inb the run as well, and pushed quite hard. felt fucken awesome for the last half of the run, and pretty fast. if only every run could be as good as that.

cruisy run out at eskdale, and then up the estry, leading on from there. all on the trails and back again. didn't push to hard as legs were slightly tired. nice place to run though

a very short warm up, which might be part of the reason i felt pretty slow for most of the race

taka beach series 5k race, felt pretty average, and slow for most of it, but finished strong for the last 1500m or so. might try improve the 5k time over the next couple of months

kayak from nazza up to taka beach and back with dad. half in the sea kayak and half on the little sit on which was a good workout. nice evening to be out on the water
