muriwai/ puilpit rock rogaine. Think my route was pretty reasonable. Only really had a couple of small errors, funnily enough all on the easy controls, one of which was a little dodgy to be fair. Bit slow through some of the rough and green areas near muriwai, but other than that ok. ran pretty well for 2 hours, then slowed a little but not too bad.

off road intervals round a loop of north head, bout 880m according to map my run, with a couple of small but steepish hills. did it 5 times, which i was pretty happy with wasn't sure whether I would manage them all.
times were: 3.09, 3.06, 3.04, 3.02, 3.04, so fairly consistent. did about 2.30 rest in between just slowly walking. Good session

run in the rain, and dark. little bit at the start and end by myself, then about 47 mins with rae. pretty nice easy pace, and kept it pretty flat, so was nice on the legs. Good to get out there despite the weather. felt really good all round

Really enjoyable run this evening. Went a reasonable distance; up the green route, end of taka beach, seacliff, cheltenham, waterfront, naval sports fields and home. Tryed to do a relatively flat route, so I didn't tire by legs too much, still had a couple of gradual hills though. Pace varied a bit throughout the run, from very casual to some pretty fast efforts along the waterfront. Felt pretty good overall, and not too tired from yesterday.
