nice little run, through beautiful hills, mainly on the tracks and went to a few controls as well. tryed to push reasonably hard for parts of it. felt pretty good

easy flattish run, out to stanley point, then waterfront, cheltenham, and back home. Felt pretty tired so just cruised, enjoyed it though, nice out of the wind

down and around navy sports fields, then pretty slow back home round mt vic. not very nice out there!

10 x 400m ish at naval sports fields, in the rain and cold. times were between 1.06 and 1.09, with pretty similar rest walking around, maybe got a bit longer as I went though. Was not the most fun session to be honest..... weather was shit, still feel better for making it out

standard little local loop on the road bike. was a bit windy out there but still quite enjoyed it, been a while since i've ridden properly. felt pretty good really, although never pushed that hard for longer then 30 sec or so. exactly an hour, which is alright considering the wind

probably should have rested but felt fine, and running seemed like a much better alternative to study. Once I gathered the motivation to go out in the rain I really enjoyed it. up round the green route, eversleigh, tgs, seacliff, tainui, north head, waterfront then home. after about 5 or 6k of pretty standard pace, I went pretty fast for about 6k, felt real good too, then cruised the last k or two home. Some good lightening out to sea too, which was kind of cool. Anyhow was an awesome run, loved every minute of it, wish I always felt this good running. Calfs are a little tired now though
