Felt pretty good running today and kept a good pace the whole time. New first half of the track is a bit smooth and boring now though. Lots of people to pass as there were multiple large groups of students/tourists in there, doing some sort of weird activity (amazing race type thing????) and not making much progress. Enjoyable run all up.

circuits with finn. first time in ages, felt pretty good up until the 6th set where my arms turned a bit solid. will try keep these up on wednesday mornings, good way to start the day.

finally got myself out of bed after my afternoon snooze and out for a run. Body felt pretty saw and tired from strength stuff over the last 3 days, and especiallly circuits this morning. Felt suprisingly fine running though, and ended up being a very enjoyable run. naval bridge, calliope, fast along the waterfront for 1.8km, north head, cheltenham, seacliff, achillies and back round the tip. Felt good, was tempted to do a bit more but decided would be best not too.

did a few leg exercises today, a bit less weights on the squats than last time, so hopefully my legs don't feel too bad tomorrow. would have liked to have done more today, but ran out of time...

quick little go on the treadmill, kind of just varying the pace to see how comfy I felt at each level. pretty boring really 15 mins was enough. no time for a proper ru today :(

Was a bit busy this arvo so had to go for my run after dinner. Headtorch ran out of juice after 5 mins which wasn't ideal. Apart from feeling a bit full, wasn't a bad run a bit slow in places due to it being quite slippery and not being able to see much. Used my garmin for the first time! seemed to work good, slightly suspicious of the height being a bit high though.
