OY3 on woodhill south. Just about over my cold but still not breathing 100%. started off all good, slightly slow on 4, then lost a min being way to high on 5 and not paying enough attention. Then 7.... wasted over 12 mins here... Pretty sure control was on the little hill next to where it should have been. Must of gone right by it coming in but wasn't looking for it as was going for where it should have been, cruised round for ages, relocated, grid searched, the whole lot. Then just saw it sitting on the hill, and was a bit fucked off, pretty clearly not a spur. anyhow, a bit messy going to 8 trying to regain some composure. slow and indecisive to 9. 10 fine, crappy route and hesistant going to 11, slow to 12 getting stuck in some green and sorting out my map. from then on was pretty solid. didn't read 17 very well but only lost a tiny bit. think my 'rogaine' route was alright, not very direct to 83 and slightly slow on 88 and 80. fine to finish. Would of been a pretty good race if 7 was taken off, not too many mistakes apart from that( which wasn't really my fault..). In saying that it was quite an easy course.

mtb at woodpoo. Riding the super fly which was allot of fun and seemed pretty quick. Felt pretty comfy on it and was suprisingly impressed with the big wheels. Pushed relatively hard for most of it, although got a bit tired and slowed down after an hour. Covered the majority of the park. fun ride! cold pretty much gone now too

usual to work, then swapped my bike out for a suiperfly, so took t for a quick spin round arch hill before heading home. track was alright for what it is, bit of mud though. Bike was quite good too.

mainly core stuff at home. Feeling a wee bit better today, but still a bit of a cough and short of breath, improving. pretty motivated to train now though

pretty fucken unimpressed, seems that I have got another cold (after having one the other week). nose has been like a tap all day/ headache/ saw throat. Hopefully I can get rid of it quickly....
