little road ride, felt good. only issue was a squeaky freewheel, which I'll have to sort out. Hip flexor cramped up a bit at the end while sprinting as well.
just down and around the sports fields for circuits. a few little sprints. feeling alright.

circuits at the naval sports fields. met up with finn who happened to be down there too, so went round with him a couple of times then once by myself. did physio exercises too. felt pretty good for the most part.
