little walk/tramp with finn and alice from huia. Twin peaks track, hui ridge, then hillary trail back down. Were out there for over 4 hours but that included a couple of stops. Nice tracks and a pretty enjoyable day out!

nice morning run. pretty solid pace and felt ok. did a few smallish hills as well, and didn't have any issues, took it easy on them though. distance is just off map my run, missing my Garmin :( hope it comes back soon.

Morning run; stanley point, waterfront flattish kind of loop. Tried to go a decent pace, and although the distance might not be completely accurate, I'm fairly happy with that k rate considering I felt a bit slow out there. Handled the distance fine though, just taking it really easy on any hills.

nice road ride. usual bayswater, taka, hills, stanley point loop. Felt pretty good and pushed relatively hard for most of it. very enjoyable!

pretty general kind of pace, longest non stop run in a while! felt fine, a bit unfit at the start but better towards the end.
