the big 7 min jog. went for a decent length walk with rae, and tried a little jog on the way home. a little awkward and a tiny bit saw but not too bad, think I will try up it by a few mins each day and see how it goes.

took out the work anthem for a ride, just round devo a couple of times each of the hills and around a bit, really good fun. pushed quite hard on the downhills and have to say I was quite impressed with the bike, felt like I rode really good too.
