pretty easy o, but was nice to get out there. Had to go slow and be very careful on the dry rough ground. but otherwise was alright, just pretty slow.

little jog round the map afterwards. and a couple of min war up before.

5 x just under 1 min hill reps up the middle forestry track, Been a while since I'be done some high intensity training, 5 min was enough...

ended up being an awesome game, best yet. 3 on 3, but got pretty intense.... and we won.

slow and awkward for first 15 then ankle was a bit better so went quite a good pace for the last half. trip peaks to cheltenham, not very long as was meeting finna for a swim.

ride with rob round one of the mtbo courses, to get a gauge of time. Took about an hour, with lots of little stops. Riding relatively hard most of the time we were riding though. Felt alright on the bike, gears were slipping a bit. Otherwise good fun, getting a bit loose on the soft sand and pine needles.
