really fun tramp out in the waitaks. Good little crew of Finna, Annika, Matt, Gem and me. started at cascades, then down the northern side track towards bethells. Mean little bush bash down to lake wainamu, good fun apart from quite allot of blackberries. Played around for ages on the dunes, hardwork getting back up them. Then Houghons, upper kauri etc to finish. not too sure on the actual time it took hiking, but we were out there for most of the day. Awesome day!

still water run with finn again. took on some mangroves at the stillwater end. Finn got a bit tired on the second half so I left him behind and did a quick extra 2k on the road at the end. Definitely felt better then when I did this track two or three weeks ago. Solid run.

was going good to taka beach then my stomach felt rubbish so just walked home from there, which was annoing as I was hoping to get a decent run in.

slowish devo run. felt a bit tired at the end so decided to cut it a bit short. over exerted myself a bit, going straight up the side of north head and trying to look really casual in front of a bunch of people.

drills and stride outs at the rugby fields. Felt a bit average after a few sprints.

quick ride up the hills on the xc bike before it got dark. Feeling pretty good and strong on the bike.

pupuke loop, high tide/storm meant no coastal unfortunately. Kind of ran out of steam with quite a long way to go, battling a bit towards the end. average run...
