Longish ride on the xc bike. Green route, east coast bays, long bay, track to okura inlet, then back along beach road. Wind was pretty nasty at times, but glad I got out there and did it. Felt pretty solid, just a bit low on energy towrds the end.

Ohagens 5k race. Absolutely pissed down for the first few mins, like could hardly see where you were going sort of thing. Went a bit quick for the first k, got tired with a couple of ks to go, then followed some dude the wrong way... so wasted 20sec or so, and all my motivation as also got passed by a couple of guys, a bit of an improvement from last week though, in terms of pace.

Nice easyish and shortish run round the shire. Legs felt pretty good and not too tired from the weekend.
