Usual Pupuke, coastal loop. Was really hot and humid today and I felt like I couldn't get enough water in me. Would of liked to have gone longer but body wasn't having that at all, pretty poked by the time I got home. Running alright though, just the heat got to me...

out to rangi from stanley bay with finn in his double kayak, nice boat and trip out there with the tide helping us a bit.

up to the summit, via lava caves, mkenzie bay and back round the front, took quite a while all up with a few stops, but probs an hours running in there. Legs felt suprisingly tired

Feeling quite strong on the bike, sounds funny but I think thee short commutes are actually improving my cycle fitness quite a bit. Much stronger up the hills now than 2 weeks ago.

Didn't get home till late, so didn't manage to get out the door till after 8.30. Anyhow ended up being a really nice run, delightful night out there too. Body felt pretty good, just calf were a bit tired up the hills. Glad I comitted to getting out there!

Very good run! Probably down to the fact I've hardly done anything for a week, my legs felt nice and fresh. Pushed a fair bit for most of it especially towards the end. Felt pretty good all round, maybe my form was not the best at times, but my legs felt fast so that made up for it.
