Usual pupuke coastal loop, with a slightly different ending. Felt pretty good and my form and pace showed that I think. Pretty happy with that run, felt little tired at the end but was still going alright.

close game with jy, 2 long sets, then we just played one game to decide winner which i lost, but on the whole my tennish wasn't bad today, allot better then friday.

Managed to squeeze in a quick run in between other stuff. Trip peaks loop in a very tespectable time. Pushed pretty hard and felt fast, except for up the stairs where the calfskin were a bit weak. Nice run!

longish road ride, out to riverhead, coatsville, then back round the bays and looped round devo a bit. Felt decent, but legs were dead for the last 10k. Traffic at the start was a bit shit, lots of stopping etc, but after that I really enjoyed it.

little jog with rae and simone, from their place in ponsonby down around tank farm and the viaduct. very cruisy, but nice to catch up and turn the legs over.
