Had a small window to get out today for a swim and then an even smaller one when i arrived at the pool ( its vaccation care and swim school time!!!)
was 400m again to get into a nice rythm. Feeling super fresh

decided to get a run out while lil man had a sleep. its amazing how good i feel and how my fitness level hasnt seemed to have changed to much. whenever i ran this particular run my knees would hurt at around 12 and22 mins. this time not a problem at all. Just extremely hot.
All in all im pretty happy and stoke with my run, can only improve from here.

After a terrible sleep went for my first swim in i don't know how many months!!
Always takes a good 400m to warm up and get into some form of rythm.

Only swam 700 before my back started to ache so decided 1km will be enough of a tester swim.
Great to be back in the pool. Long way to go if i'm doing the swim for half ironman....at a reasonable speed.

i really wanted to run tonight but that just couldnt happen today. To late by the time lil man got to sleep and i need to get to bed earlier enough so i can function properly for tomorrow swim and crazy work...

back and glute stretches/exercises BOOORRRRIIIINNNNGGGG but seems to have fixed all the issues ive been having.

felt pretty average but happy to have done it.
i've finally learnt to listen to the many years of infomation and advice about starting back gradually and not over doing it.
hopefully have a full nights sleep tonight.......please
