shoes: Mizuno Enigma

Did nothing on Friday and have been feeling really flat. But got out...ran 25mins and then pretty much gave up (feeling heavy slow an not motivated) walked for another 20 mins home.
Feel better that I have done something but still fighting this cold so far it's even ground. Not quite a proper cold yet but dry throat and tired. ( Poor didems)

5.30 swim. 500m to feel good and lost count at 1.1km at least I got that swim in.

changed to P2 at 8 then 8.4 speed. Feels so good to push hard and recover so quickly.
Bit of a niggle on lower back left side.

Feels a little better after stretching...
