Bench press 65#

Hamstrings pilasters ball (3x 20 each leg)
Lat pulldown 75#

8min conditioning: aerodyne 30sec (10cals), rest 30 sec, 20# DB snatch 30sec (10), 30 sec rest and repeat 4x
