We were going to do a timed 1500 but no one timed us, then we did 6x300.

Thought i'd better do some physics and french revision, so only did core and stability. 2 days till exams are over :)

Jogged round the track and did 5x100m slow

12x400 run one hard then do a slow one for recovery, to start with i felt sick because ate to close to running, but once i got into it i felt better.

Went to a local LOG evening event, the area was quite nice and I had a fairly good run so was pleased. It was nice to get out after chemistry and english.

Did 4 little micro-o loops, they were really fast and alittle confusing
then 4 short courses about 1.5km each.
After helped dad to collect the controls in.

I was going to go on a short quick run with dad, so i could revise :( but decided it was too hot so ended up being a slower short run, which was a waste of time really
