Just follow the black line backenforth and backenforth and breath and don't drink the pool water.

Scott's Power Yoga Class. "Ode to the dogs." If you're dog thinks you're perfect, you are. Well, in the dog's eyes. Isn't that enough?

15 minutes of water running with the floatey belt. Very hard to even approach 90 FF/min in the pool!
