Avg mile pace 7:13 min/mile with min = 6:45 and max = 7:41 pace. Not too speedy. I know.

Matt, am hoping to pull off the remaining 2hrs on trails tonight, depending on work. If not, can I do the speedwork on the treadmill and do the trail tomorrow? - M

Overcame heinous Vegas traffic to Mt. Charleston for 2 hr trail run. Bad stomach due to granola/yogurt bomb late in afternoon. Headache due to work. Great temps. Great views. Psyched to get out of the city and make it happen.

Abdominal test. 8 reps before my form started falling apart and i was jerking a bit to get from laying down back to seated. heels started coming off the floor and arms came fore of ears.
