Swimming (Open Water) 2:00:00 [3]

Finless snorkeling between Devil's Bay and Guavaberry Spring Bay. I think swimming (of all things) makes my hamstring hurt. Maybe it's a low back thing that radiates through my ass to my hamstring. Felt better after the rum drink.

Running (Road) 1:09:26 [3] 6.5 mi (10:41 / mi) +610ft 9:49 / mi

Tourist rambling through Spanish Town and the old copper mine.

Running (Trail) 1:53:30 [3] 12.0 mi (9:28 / mi) +2100ft 8:07 / mi
slept:7.0

Drew's house to bottom of memorial grove and on up city creek to the long ridge. Headed east to the shrine, then back up as if on the steeplechase course. Headed back down to BST at 1st chance and then looped that little ridge section. Exited via terrace hills, to 11th ave, and home. Happy dog. Hammy's ok. Not great. But, ok.

Walking 1:15:00 [3] 4.5 mi (16:40 / mi)

Listened to the Rays throw down on the yankees while walking in the avenues.

Running (Treadmill) 1:23:00 [3] 9.25 mi (8:58 / mi)
slept:6.5

Treadmill cut-down work out.
WU - 1 mile at 1% incline and 8:50 min/mile
Increase 0.1 mph every 0.25 miles until running at 7 min/mile pace.
Back to 9 min/miles. Cut down again to 8 min/miles.
Finish with uphill walking and random right-lefting to for time shown above.
Hamstrings felt good. Generally tired all over, likely due to being in a different state every 12 hours for the past 4 days.
Heading to the British Virgin Isles this weekend for some below sea-level training, aka SCUBA.

Running (Trail) 1:38:00 [3] 9.0 mi (10:53 / mi) +500ft 10:21 / mi
slept:10.0

Great run/hike around Jenny Lake in the Tetons. Quite a bit of snow on the shady northerly slopes. Other portions of the trail were awesome. Soaked my ass in cottonwood creek after the run. Low flow, but cold enough.Hammy only hurt when I had to stoop low to crawl under deadfall.
