100's. 20x each and 5x through: push ups, leg lifts, wide V step lunges, side leg lifts, dead bug, x-body mtn climbers, superman.

Somehow I really love this workout:
WU at 9:15 to 8:20 min/mile. Then 8:20 min/mile with 1 min of 6% incline every 5 minutes. Cool down with uphill walking, jogging, and watching grey's anatomy. Rainy saturday morning in SLC. Planting tomatoes today!

Wow I love this barely horse. She's a tenth of a hand shy of being a pony. Excellent jumper. Great to be airborne again.

A whopping three whole miles on a heinous treadmill in Jackson, WY.

Random feats of strength at the gym in Jackson. 100s: 5x through, 20x each.....Push ups; dead bugs; mini leg blasters (10 each step lunges, scissor jumbo squats, squats); 5x pull ups. Other random things with the bosu ball just to embarrass myself..

I still don't understand how this is exercise. I can't stand these things.

GTNP. The cabin to hidden falls and back. So much water on the trail. Essentially running IN Jenny lake where the water had risen over the trail. Fantastic.
