Running race 19:50 [5] 3.2 mi (6:12 / mi)

having to wait 2 hours to race when we got there, bathroom lines, minimal (if any) warming up, awkward hydration, and getting boxed didn't help my time at all.

Running 50:00 [4]

an intense easy/ long run with eric, jmat, joe, and afro. ended up feeling exhausted 40 minutes in. i should have taken hydration this morning a lot more seriously.

Running hills 34:00 [5]
shoes: ASICS Gel-1140

warm up, x4 mega hill work outs, cool down
stuck with jmat the whole time. it seems like staying with afro and tom and elliot would have been very easy had we left with them. leaving 10 secs behind them, we finished about 10 secs behind (though they may have been saving for x5).
