When I don't have time (homework, dammit!!!), I'll have to amp up the intensity. Pretty pleased with my performance today, but I need to work sit-ups a bit more. There's still a lot of snow in the woods, so my o-training is down to zero.

Orienteering (race) race (Urb-O Mass start) 35:00 [3] 3.0 km (11:40 / km)

A catastrophe: Mass start sprint of all things, headlights went out literally at the startline, DSQ at the 6th post (of 23-something). Sort of finished the race, nevertheless.
