Cycling (CX) 1:13:00 [3] 13.5 mi (11.1 mph) +410ft

warm up with james and the "newbie". Rode the roads and walking trail for 20-30, then some laps, then cruising around a bit, then another 1/2 lap and then some more cruising around and fidgeting with my bike and getting ready.

Cycling (CX) 24:00 [3] 4.2 mi (10.5 mph) +138ft

cool down with James, Jason, and Keevin. We just cruised down on the road and back and then I hosed my bike and self off and headed home!

Cycling (CX) 50:30 [3] 11.16 mi (13.3 mph) +350ft

what a rad race. i ended up feeling pretty good even after racing yesterday and just went out as hard as i could at the start. i got called up with jason and james and it was rad.

Started hard on the pavement, hit the dirt and had a little fade 20-25mins in but sucked it up after that and held my place and just got after it.

felt pretty good throughout and solid, even beat some guys i lost too yesterday...except for Jason! still nabbed me and i sucked his wheel for a lap or more towards the end. but wow, super fun day. i have a blog post with vids (from slater and sarah) in the oven.

Cycling (CX) 21:00 [3] 4.0 mi (11.4 mph)

Cool down with Trevor, James, and Jason. Mostly on the road, after maybe 20-30mins of waiting to hose the bikes down with all the mud on them.

Cycling (CX) 48:00 [3] 10.76 mi (13.4 mph)

Racing- Felt pretty great pushing it and overall through the race, had a pretty steady effort, with a little fade maybe 2/3 of the way through about when Jason passed me. But I sucked it up and held on, keeping him right in front the whole time, passing a few masters guys on the last 1/2 of the race and not getting passed by many if at all. A new feeling and I like it, hope this wasnt just a fluke.

Stood around and on my feet alot the rest of the day watching and then working and cleaning the bike at home, hoping I have stuff in the tank for tommorow. Good dinner and a few beers, good saturday!

Cycling (CX) 32:44 [3] 5.75 mi (10.5 mph) +147ft

Warm up with a couple laps on the course and half on the road. With Trevor, James, and Jason.

Cycling (CX) 1:07:34 [3] 14.89 mi (13.2 mph) +356ft

Good ride after work today and errands. Older loop again, not as much roads and hitting all the parks. Really awesome sunset and clouds too, just riding the bike, feelin the flow.

Cycling (CX) 1:11:20 [3] 15.59 mi (13.1 mph) +357ft

got on the cross bike at 6am dawn patrolling through bsa-seapoint-central park. Kept it pretty easy, just the usual ride and bike was dirty afterwards with the morning wetness adding to the dirt. legs feel ok, didnt really go big obviously yesterday. headache though and continued throughout the day, eventually succumbed and took 2 bayer at work.
