Cycling (Road) 1:43:48 [3] 31.0 mi (17.9 mph) +245ft

Got out real early before events with dad. foggy and wet ground, but warm and feeling real good. good pace first 20, then weirdest thing, totally crashed and hit a major major wall, feeling dizzy and out of it, scary kinda. alot of holiday food prob and maybe tired...not sure but had to take it super easy back home drafting dad. Felt good after alot of fruit and food, maybe sugars were real low, anyways, got this done after that and had a great great xmas with all the fam and food, awesome.

Cycling (Road) 1:20:56 [3] 25.93 mi (19.2 mph) +287ft

Another hard road ride after work today. Out doing carpentry onsite drilling/countersinking/plating the walls of the parking garage we are building. Upper body workout of 5hrs basically. good stuff.

Hard ride though down to main st. then up to LB then home. Kept on the gas the whole time and legs feeling pretty good still. Glad I was able to squeeze this in before xmas eve festivities.

Cycling (Road) 1:00:22 [3] 19.5 mi (19.4 mph) +120ft

After work on the road, not too bad of wind and jjust charged down to NB river jetties and back. Flew down there and pushed hard to keep the avg up on the way back into the wind. Legs are feeling more worn in than yesterday and still of course, well well rested.

Cycling (Mountain) 1:04:50 [3] 17.96 mi (16.6 mph) +109ft

This was a little afternoon blessing. Sun burst out around 315, i got home and right out on the mountain bike but stayed on the road. Roads still all wet but sun was out still. PCH flooded and closed at bolsa chica so it was nice and quiet and pleasant.

Just rode up to Magnolia and back on the beach path. Pretty good pace even coming back into the wind and sunset.

So glad to be back on the bike, legs felt way way too rested, but good. Hoping it stays clear for the next 4 days, i need it. cleaned the mtb and drivetrain after...lots of seawatery puddles and sand. Its good to be back!
