Cycling (Road) 1:11:11 [3] 20.8 mi (17.5 mph) +455ft

Rode out and legs better than I thought after a 3mi run on concrete yesterday. Also had a quite a bit of beers and tequila last night, but suprisingly felt amazing this am.

Out the door for a ride up to Matthews Beach and back. A bit windy and more walkers and runners on the BG than usual. Felt really good to ride this am.

Ran out the door, last time I will probably do that. First section is downhill, and on concrete, the whole run is on concrete mostly. Legs were sore after the first bit, but an ok run. Wasnt that fun.

Alot more fun to run on dirt and trails for many reasons, if I stick to running I will likely do a short drive to some various parks.

Cycling (Road) 1:23:26 [3] 22.07 mi (15.9 mph) +996ft

Won't upload to strava, says bad file, hope my garmin isnt takin a dump.

Rode down BG trail past UW then turned around, headed into Discovery Park and did a loop, dropped down to the sound and lighthouse. Gnarly steep climb back up from the lighthouse, steepest road of decent length ive ridden in a long time. Good ride, almost cloudless sky. Beautiful day in Sea town.

Rode down to Redhook Brewery with my photographer friend Kirk. Started in Wallingford area to cut the ride to a manageable time. Real easy ride, real easy on way back as Kirk's back was giving him a little trouble.

Went further on the BG trail than I have, really pretty and riding along the Sammamish River or other rivers was really amazing. Lots of cool photo spots found as well. Real flat ride.
