Cycling (Road) 1:15:47 [3] 21.4 mi (16.9 mph) +450ft

Ride in the misty rain and fog. Not many people out in this early sunday AM. Legs are a wreck, 11hrs of straight on my feet shooting a wedding last minute, feels like I did a century.

So just spun the legs out, still sore though but atleast not as tight. Headed to L Stevens right after to see the Walshes race.

Legs sore after yesterdays ride, still sore this am but feeling a good amount better after this ride. Short one and tried to go at a mellow pace as possible.

Feeling good about picking up and staying on track with more riding. I wont be as fit as my last CX season but ill be ok and have some fun up here racing.

Rode out at 630am, overcast and cool, felt good. Legs are a little sore, mostly quads sore and lacking. Took this one mellow and spun a little more than usual at a higher cadence.

Bumpy BG trail, gets even bumpier past Matthews Beach where I usually flip around. Kinda brutal, need to find some other routes and trails stat.

Headache this AM so no riding. Got a good amount of stuff done early and ran at disco park before lunch. I feel alot better running before lunch than after in afternoon.

Legs felt ok, calves were tight though after. Slow and mellow pace.
