Rode out this morning and legs were kinda tired from yesterday but OK. A little breezy and cold, but roads were dry and no rain on the ride which was nice.

Hit a little wall/mild-bonk at about mile 20, pretty weak, but I could just tell I needed sugar. At mile 26 got to a gas station and ate a snickers and a coke, felt better after that for sure. Got me through the last 10 miles and short little climbs at the end. Kind of embarrassing that this used to happen to me at about mile 50-60 of a long-ish ride a couple yrs ago, so its a little discouraging but I expect it I guess.

Tomorrow off as we are headed down to Oly for the night, but will get in a short spin Monday evening hopefully before sundown. Now to fill a couple growlers at Georgetown brewery and enjoy those this evening :)

Rode out to Woodinville this morning, left a little after 8. Clear until North end of Lake Washington then foggier and wetter. Back into Seattle I saw some blue skies around Lake Union and back home...kinda nice.

Kept the tempo slightly higher esp on the way back cause I was trying to be home by 1030 for a client call. Legs felt pretty tired with a little harder pushing but I think it was good. Feel like I am def improving, getting a little stronger, and building some base from the last month of riding.

Not going to be able to ride Sunday, so I will try and get in atleast 30 tomorrow and then a ride after work, before dark on Monday.
