Slight hangover headache but got this done before church. Legs and lower back sore and tight, cold and breezy out too but just a short one.

Lots of folks clogging up the BGT today, the ones completely unaware of their surroundings are the funnest to encounter. Seems like it got windier esp at the tail end of the ride, white caps on Lake Union.

Legs are sore, rejuvenated with a myers and OJ at noon :) recovery drinks at their finest.

Rode out this morning, sun peeking through a little and a couple tiny rain drop periods but pretty nice. Not gusty and windy like yesterday, and dry roads.

Legs felt OK, but lower back is pretty sore from working in the yard at my part time job on wed-thurs. I dont work those lifting muscles, and probably wasnt paying close enough attention to form the whole time either. Really tight and sore though, so I tried to stretch a little throughout the ride. Took the pace pretty mellow the whole time, and did the extra cred loop around magnolia, the sound looked gorgeous today.

Also, Garmin was acting wacky, hope this isnt a sign that its dying. Its been 4 years since I bought it. Anyone have a hookup on an edge or anything?

Raining sideways and super windy all day, esp this AM when I wanted to head out. Kinda didnt think I would get it in but a big opening in the rain on the radar and was out the door around 2pm.

Legs felt good, but it was really windy and roads wet but atleast no rain on me. Low 40s, barely saw any runners or cyclists on the BGT, if that says anything. Cold wind too, biting cold. But really glad I got out, I really did want to and know I have to as well.

Did an extra bit of loop through Disco Park and did the Magnolia bike trail. I like this little addition too, will do it more in the future.

After my part time job, got this done right at sundown. Yes....you heard that right, the sun was out in bits and pieces through the clouds. Pretty beautiful and brisk evening ride.

Felt good to get out, pushed it a little more than usual, easier to do in afternoons always, after work, a little pent up whatever and makes it easier to get amped to ride. Glad I got this done since yesterday were down in Oly w family. Legs felt ok, still a little lacking feeling from the weekend but happy with where I am at with only about 3-4weeks back riding on anything resembling a schedule.
