Legs/muscles were really tired this AM, but really wanted to back yesterdays ride up with a good one again.

Rode out and slightly windy but rode the BGT to the Log Boom and then did the Magnolia Park loop. My legs were completely lacking by mile 25, couldnt get comfortable, but pulled out a decent one. Wanted a little more but this will do, no need to go and completely deplete myself. Will take tom off and then do a couple short hard-ish rides during the week after work.

Rode out and was actually hoping for 60 but a little short on time and legs were getting pretty tired at about 30-40mi. First ride back in about 1.5wks, had a bad stomach virus last week and been busy with work and other stuff.

Glad I got to 55mi on this one, and legs are pretty dang tired. Not alot of recovery, off to shoot a short wedding right afterward in the afternoon.

Nice to head down the trail more, in the next couple weeks I will go all around Lake WA and maybe ride mercer island, make it a little loop.
