On the C-Dale. About to get ready to list on CL.

Legs a little sluggish but otherwise felt good. Had to go quicker to make sure we made the angles game. Solid ride, I like this loop, just a little wind. Need to keep losing more extra lbs I am packing to make the hillies a little quicker.

Started out a little later to help w Hudson. Wanted a quick 30mi and maybe went a little quick outta the gate plus something I ate. Flipped and headed back mellow.

Results from food sensitivity test due this week. Will see what it says. Been dealing w issues like this for years now.

Rode out, lunch ride on the Scott. Sunny but pretty cool with a cool breeze. Legs feeling alrighty.

Joined Bike to Work month group with some coworkers so have to start shredding the month of May.
