Cycling (Road) 2:13:49 [3] 35.4 mi (15.9 mph) +1696ft

Real easy loop over 520 and through bellevue, mercer island loop and back home through downtown and QA. Pretty tired and legs are too, not used to this heat. But another big week (for me) which feels pretty damn good. I like vacations a bit now, we will see tomorrow.

Cycling (Road) 3:00:40 [3] 51.2 mi (17.0 mph) +1969ft

Best 40K out the door and fastest 50miler I have done in a while too. Just a good tempo throughout. Tons of people on BGT and Lake Samm trail to Redmond, hordes of wackadoos, lots of muttered and normal volume cuss words for sure, accidents waiting to happen. Keeps it interesting though.

Legs feeling solid, getting it done a little later as I slept in til 7A and out the door just before 8A.

Cycling (Road) 3:01:16 [3] 48.6 mi (16.1 mph) +2064ft

Home to Redmond around Lake Samm then 190 in and home.

Legs feeling pretty good, not as good as Thursday but definitely really good and feeling overall fitter. Good stuff.

Felt really good and got out after helping with Hudson, who is waking up earlier and earlier after our vacation and mixed schedules. Pushed it a little harder than I have been and overall, pretty nice solid weekday ride on home vacation.

Cycling (Road) 1:07:43 [3] 18.6 mi (16.5 mph) +669ft

Rode down Yakima River canyon again. Got a flat about 9mi out, had big gash and the sealant couldnt come close to holding. Limped back with a tube in, which flatted with thorns when I was cruising around the property when I got back to the lodge. Tire is done.
