Free Ride on Zwift and was very easy with some little baby pickups and efforts just spinning the legs early before all dad day w Hudson w Sarah coaching her second volleyball tourney.

After 4 days of solid interval workout didn’t know what to expect but kept it easy and steady and this one went pretty well. Weather was great in the mid to upper 40s and sunny and little wind.

Upped the FTP to 290w for this one. Legs feeling a little worn out.

Was hard but should be harder I think esp at vo2 but I dont know.

Wasn't as hard as I think it should have been, except the low RPM at 265w were a little tough. Going to do the shorter FTP test tomorrow.
