Another easy day, I want to keep riding easy when my legs are wrecked so just pretty mellow.

Picked up the Focus yesterday and Evil, from the shop. Focus has power meter setup now, will need to wait for ice and snow to dissapear before I give it a rip.

Started a race simulation, got about 30mins in and had to call it. Legs have nothing in them and think I need a day off or couple easy days. Just spun and took it easy for about 30mins after that.

Was going to be my typical pre work trainer ride but got email after I started that jobsite was closed due to snow and ice and shit. Got through the first custom workout from James, 4x8' sweet spot intervals and then basically took it real mellow after that racking some extra cred. Legs pretty sore and tired after this, but I dont wanna take a day off.
