Back has flared up again and punched nerve feeling around the former fracture, back to how if felt last Friday.

Real easy cruise, tried to just spin the legs out a bit to keep things lively for the next block of hard stuff.

Back has progressed but still nerve pinch and dull pain during movements. Has improved a lot since last Friday.

Back (past fracture L5) major issues, nerve issues yesterday when I woke up, got my trainer ride done w pain/aggravation, got worse throughout the day.

Slept bad last night and bagged the trainer this AM, and did some stretching I will continue today. This is the worst bout of it I remember, it happens every few months.
