Breezy but first ride outside in a month. Legs felt good, body felt good first half. Then some stomach issues and me stressing about stomach issues spoiled the last half to third but powered through and just got it done.

Need to figure out a plan to keep building base but be relatively race ready in 3 and 4 weeks.
