This was a 2x15 SS workout, was supposed to be 3x15 but cut short due to some stomach stuff, which is the first time thats happened to me on an early trainer ride pre-work.

Watched some Paris Roubaix while I got this 4x10 SS workout done.

Legs felt good but sore afterward like yesterday.
