Rideau Lakes Day 2 - much more fun when not hungover as hell (must remember this for next year!) Rode with a great group again today and hammered home... the 8km ride home from Carleton U with my heavy bag and beer in my belly sucked though.

Rideau Lakes day 1 - rode with a great group of people - we had a blast...
Was I insanely hungover - yes... worst headache ever... however long ride then beers at the finish made it all better!

This is not a very good training week - I am mentally blah in addition to being physically wiped - the marathon took a lot more out of me than I expected... oh well... it is all part of the process right? (got home after my commute and chose to veg on my couch instead of going running like I had planned! )

bummed a ride to work this morning as my bike was still there from yesterday but felt ok on the ride home... stomach still not happy though... my awesome Stoked Oats are the only thing that I have consumed in two days... mmm... oatmeal.

ok run - my IT bands seize at exactly 40 minutes so no long runs for me for a while - went home and iced, foam rollered and stretched...
