I had nice time in California, even extreme hiking up and down hilly Sanol terrain didn't make too much difference for my knees. Sure both knees are still sore, but it's not as much as usually. However, right knee received more load on the downhills ... and as result is a bit more painful than normal.

I'll see in another couple of days what's going on.

Two days after test-tun and it didn't get worse than it was before. One moment I thought it's getting better, but the next moment I felt discomfort in my knee and by the end of the stairs it was clear - no progress so far (I think and hope it's getting slightly better, even after "paintful" jogging last Saturday - I'll see in a few more days if I'm starting active recovery process).

I'm getting close to full 4 weeks of taking antibiotics. No real signs of improvements, still knee(s) is not perfect on up/down stairs ... But this month should give some answers and plans for the O-season.
