All maps are printed out for the VF Mt.Joy-Mt.Misery, over 200 copies in total. Costed me $0.49/copy at local Staples store plus TAX (7%). Could spend more time adjusting colors, but don't have spare time for that. Ended up with reasonably good quality.

The bad part, somehow I managed to sprain lower part of iliotibial band during stretching. The good part, my brain is focused on new injury. So, I can start running again! ... Okay, just kidding :)

L.knee doesn't want to heal.

It was better before I started stretching with some strength exercises (same as I did during PT sessions). Now it's more painful in outer side of the knee, which sounds more like ITB or joint problem. Also, most of muscles are more flexible and stretching doesn't work the same way as month ago.

Just note for myself: on other side, I came home after vacation, which I spent in different climate zone. Is it related or not I don't know. There were less stretching exercises, but more running/orienteering during Jukola week. The following week after Jukola was easy on stretching.

As soon as I'm not feeling pain going up/down stairs (sort of test exercise), I'll start running.
