VF park, Mt. Misery & Mt. Joy - ran several times up to the top of the hills and around, while Wyatt was rerunning Valley Goat II.

Another nice winter like evening. Ran to the HS and did 4 loops around on the grass. Left knee felt Ok after 10 min. into run.
