Felt some soreness in L.knee whole day, probably result of running activity I started this week. Have only two choices: run or run?!

Easy run. There is no improvement with my left knee since I started PT and stretching. At least right one seems to be fine. It's time to start real tapering, one more run will scheduled for Thursday and then flight to Europe.
